Human Resources
Even though Cameron Balloons employs over 70 people, it does not have a
separate Human Resources department. The human resources function is carried out
by the heads of each department and by Don Cameron himself. Finance and Accounts
look after all the wages and other payments.
The human resources function is involved in:
- Recruiting staff
- Training staff
- Staff welfare
- Health and safety of staff
- Disciplining staff
- Dismissing staff
